3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated.
• Payment must be completed via available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (unless faulty).
• Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
